Wootton Estates are a breath of fresh air when it comes to Estate Agency. My brother and I first bought a couple of properties through them about 12 years ago and have bought and sold several more. We are developers and large scale investors from the mainland who love the Isle of Wight. We met Ben the owner of the agency, during our first purchase and he has helped us with many others, giving good and impartial advice even when we were looking at properties which were not on his agents' books. Prior to this most recent transaction Wootton Estates assisted with the sale of development of Barn conversions in Chillerton in 2014.They have just completed the sale of 2 holiday homes in Wootton Bridge, the second one going through on Friday. Not huge deals by any means but Wootton Estates still gave 100% during the process, helping with the occasional repair job and some storage requirements as the deals were progressing, enabling us to turn the properties round very quickly after putting them on the market.
