Very good service and help from all the staff in the office,very good after care and any issues solved quickly,very polite and easy to deal with.
I am appalled at the way they treat and deal with their tenants. 19 months I was asking to a water leak that was coming through the ceiling. I witheld one months rent so that they would do something about it and then I got given my notice which I see as a revenge eviction and will be taking it further!(If only minus stars were an option!)
Have been with island lettings nearly a year and haven't got a single fault. The maintenance team are brilliant. Especially Alan and Julie - very friendly. All faults have been chased up and dealt with professionally. They will go the extra mile to make sure your happy in your home! Totally recommend island lettings!
Getting your deposit back is just ridiculous. 3 weeks since we moved out and now charging for fair wear and tear!! terrible company. no maintenance issues ever resolved. when we complained they sent someone out again to look because they 'forgot' the original problems and then still not resolved. Also a nice charge every time you renewed your contract which was just not helpful!
