I'm quite surprised at the reviews here. I bought a sofa bed from here and when I e mailed the shop with a photo of what I felt was a flaw that had appeared in the fabric, someone came and examined it, took a better photo and this was sent to the manufacturer. Within a month, someone had come to the house with fabric matched by number to the original and replaced the fabric that was damaged. It has been perfect ever since. We also received excellent advice on the size of sofa bed to buy to ensure comfort for two people.
I purchased some furniture from this shop and found a fault with one of the items. The owner of the shop was not interested in my complaint and refused to even come and look at it. Eventually after some months he came and took a photo but insisted it was ok. Followed this up with the manufacturers who said from looking at the photo it was just "dressing" whatever that means. In future will buy expensive items with credit card for protection against such people. The shop owner's attitude is what I would expect from a discount furniture store.
Think the man in this shop needs a course in customer service so he can learn how to talk to customers properly. Rude, arrogant and unhelpful puts it mildly. I also have my own business and although customers can sometimes be annoying they deserve the best of my attention, patience and consideration so that they feel happy to do business with me.....This ethos is lost on this guy....
