Very helpful. Cheaper than anywhere else I could find.(same or better quality) I don't live on the island but have a rental there. They worked around what times were good for me. Couldn't ask for more. Great service.
We had a number of quotes to replace our carpet and have some vinyl tiles replace it.Islandwide carpet wharehouse were not the cheapest quote, however they were honest , thoughtful and their knowledge and expertise about the products were unmatched by any other potential supplier and fitter.Their very skilled trustworthy and extremely hard working craftsman David worked tirelessly and extremely skilfully in providing us with a finnished product that we are extremely pleased with. After using Islandwide Carpets for the first time 8 weeks ago we did not hesitate in using them again for our next flooring job. Their sevice was secound to none. They were prompt at every step of the procedure,with no missed appointments. Fitting the carpets was efficient and fast. Also going the extra mile with a request to fit an awkward area was much appreciated.We would recommend them everytime.
From a well postioned, large showroom arranged over two floors (with handy parking right opposite) to knowledgeable, helpful staff, Islandwide Carpets really went above and beyond to help. My mother's bungalow had suffered a major flood and had to be recarpeted throughout. Geoff from Islandwide initally inspected her property on behalf of the insurers and took great care to make sure a sum agreed covered the cost of the good quality but old carpets. Because of his professioanlism we had no hesitation whatsoever going back to Islandwide with the insurer's mandate even though Geoff had made it very clear we were under no obligation at all to use their services. They were very patient as Mum took over an hour choosing then worked out a great price. I would highly recommend them and have already.
