Very helpful couldn't do enough for me and colleagues. Very reasonable prices. Great place good location. Highly recommended
Delicious fish and chips and best dish is homemade spaghetti. My nephew usually cannot finish the whole plate even for kids menu size dishes but he did finish all. Inside of restaurant theres a toyss section for little kids. You can walk along the beach or around the lake after mealtime. Staff is friendly and its not very strict on tip like eating out in USA. Nice to stop for lunch, before exploring the charming Isle of Wight.
Ate there a while ago, probably won't go back. Breakfast was nice but it was lukewarm at best. A few members of staff were sat, looking at their phones instead of working. I had to ask for a replacement mug of tea as the milk didn't smell particularly fresh. After asking, the lady who served us was a little defensive, claiming she'd never known milk that was still in date to smell slightly off before making a fresh mug. Left the cafe feeling full but pretty disappointed.
The toast was good the rest of the breakfast was swimming in grease. All deep fried so therefore would not recommend. We were charged 1.50 for a plain un buttered roll to accompany breakfast which seemed excessive for a multipack burger roll. The portion size was excellent but the food really needs to be drained well before plating up.
Place could do with a clean, table sticky toilet door handle all sticky. Suspect needs a good clean as end of the season and is looking a little tired. Food was fine though and nice location and good facilities for kids.
