Had to visit the vet with our Border Collie Bradley. Bradley is very nervous and turns into the dog from hell when he has to be examined in a small consulting room. I explained this to the friendly receptionist who arranged for Bradley to be seen outside. Matt the vet was brilliant and Bradley was calm with space around him. Matt explained everything to us and we agreed on a course of treatment for Bradley. So nice to find a vet who actually understands nervous dogs and can treat them sensitivly without making them feel threatened. Thank you to all at Island Vetinary for looking after Bradley.

Whilst on holiday my puppy developed a sore on her belly. I was passing 'Island VetCare' and thought I'd take her in on the off chance they'd be able to see her. All of the staff we're really friendly, helpful and made a big fuss of her putting her well at ease. Examination was painless throughout with lots of tail wagging.Can not praise them enough and I highly recommend the practice.
