I am disabled I find that all the staff here are the most helpful people around. The hovers themselves jave a slope one-side and steps the other there is always plenty of staff around that are willing to help.They have a service that you can arrange any assistance that is needed.Well done to you all.Gold stars all around.

We went on this with our 10 year old just for the experience as we were on holiday and had never been on a hovercraft. Loved it, and was amazed at how they manage to keep to timetable. They work so well. Staff were lovely both sides in the ticket offices.
This is the only Public Hovercraft Ferry Service in the world. It's like a small plane Inside. They do an experience ticket which basically takes you across to Portsmouth and back immediately. I highly recommend a trip on it. Prices are not as cheap as a ferry but it's so much quicker and fun. A brilliant experience.
