Just popped in after I went to the mainland with my boyfriend, we had brought some blu rays and and pop vinyls and one of the workers at hmv must of forgotten to take off a tag so when we entered toy master it set off an alarm.After that my boyfriend said it was from a different store and it was in a hmv bag and as we walked past the colleague said "they probably stole it from somewhere else." We soon left I don't imagine I'll ever be returning, we have spent much money in this store before, we liked to think we were helping it stay afloat. but if they will treat us this bad... why bother...
Treated very poorly because the alarm went off as I entered the store as I walked past the tills to the section i came for, the server said to his collegue "They probably stole it from a different store." You can never understand how painful that was to hear, I'm a 20 year old who just came from a different store with something that just sat an alarm, will never go back there...
