Great fish and chips, lovely light crispy batter on fish and proper chips. The nicest laid back, but efficient staff who are just so eager to please. My son and I make special trips at least twice a year, on our birthdays, just to eat here.. We drive from Newbury in Berkshire, then catch hovercraft or ferry to Ryde to eat at long John's. Mad you might think but I prefer to say slightly eccentric. And definitely worth it.
