Answering the phone is just like ringing the doctors takes so long its not even funny. Also they can be abrupt talking too you on the phone and they cannot wait to get you off the phone as well. Sometimes they have been rude and abrupt when visiting and no one seems to care about you when you need help I really hate this.
I like this place has an oldy pharmacy kinda feel to it, pretty sure my mum told me the ladies that used to work there changed my nappies a few times, wouldn't get away with that nowadays. Friendly and helpful staff at hand to help you out too which is a bonus, least I've always had helpful people.
Callled in today to ask for some advice from the Pharmacist and I wish I hadn't bothered ... What a rude, miserable Woman she is .. If you don't like your job get out of it .. I really pity the other people who have to work with her. Your a very rude abrupt person
I went in to ask the pharmacist a question and I received a very abrupt and a very uncaring response. It was clear she did not like being taken away from her back office task to answer my question. Even before I opened my mouth she had a bad attitude. I got a second opinion and they did not agree with her abrupt and very aloof opinion as well. The store looks nice, but the customer service is very dated. It is like being transported back in time from a customer service point of view, but not in a good way!
