Meal tracker is generally great, although can be misleading as to when driver leaves... a 5min walk doesn't equal 15mins delivery time. Sides are generally okay, desserts often get replaced by cheapest available (with no recompense, call or apology), 50:50 pizzas are rarely cut equally, double pepperoni is often 2-3 pieces/slice and around 10% of the time the pizza is so undercooked it's just a wet mess. Sometimes you'll get something you didn't order and on occasion you'll get a pizza doused in chilli-flakes - for no reason!The quality isn't poor, the management is!
Good pizza a bit standardised
my child love domino and i told him on weekend i get him one , we called for 20 min on friday an had to give up trying , we called for 20 min on saturday and had to give up trying , it sunday now and we have been calling for 35 min so far with no answer on the phone thats the whole weekend they have failed customers
I called to order for delivery I couldn't hear a word the man was saying to me nor could he hear what I was trying to order due to all the screaming, swearing and shouting in the background i asked if all the noise was customer's or staff the man replied "no sorry it's the staff been rude" I asked if they could keep it down so I could complete my order and they replied with even louder swearing and shouting.....I was not able to compete the order as the man clearly couldn't hear what I was asking for so I told him not to worry .....the staff down there clearly need a manager that can keep what sounded like feral Animals under control..... definitely won't be getting food from here again
Very busy night but still ready on time. Lovely pizza. Good online deal.
