The place is very busy and they have a hard job to do. The staff are excellent. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and if there are problems they always do their best to sort things out.The nurses are efficient and make you feel at ease and the Doctors know their stuff and make you feel that you matter as an individual and not just a diagnosis. Overall I am very glad indeed that this my surgery.
Good modern surgery with pharmacy adjacent
Always very helpful, you have to wait sometimes but, the are a busy surgery!!!
I have been with this surgery since Melville Street. Was gutted when Dr Williams left but find the doctors I have seen since good at their job and receptionists and nurses pleasant enough . Sometimes running a bit late but I would say more due to previous patients on the day than the doctors themselves but that can be taken as a good point because it shows that the doctors are more thorough .
