I have attended a number of the watercolour painting courses that Becky Samuelson runs. Becky is an excellent instructor. She is an extremely talented artist and is also very enthusiastic about teaching others how to paint. The courses are small enough to enable Becky to provide individual instruction to each participant throughout the session. I highly recommend any course with Becky!

A talented artist who lives on the Isle of Wight and draws some of her inspiration from living there. I particularly love Becky's seascapes and paintings of local beaches and I am fortunate to own a couple of examples of her work including one of 'Redwings' painted on sailcloth.

Becky is a seasoned, versatile and prolific artist, whose popular paintings capture the essence of land and seascapes in her native Isle of Wight and beloved Tuscany as well as further afield. I have enjoyed watching Becky develop and work with a wide range of media, generating fresh approaches to her subjects. Her work is very appealing, evoking light and space, and you can almost smell the lavender in the Italian landscapes. There is much to appeal to everyone - I recommend viewing her work, and you will be sure to find plenty to admire.

I have had the pleasure to view Beckys paintings on several occasions on the IOW and mainland and recently purchased a lovely Tuscan landscape set in Lake Garda - acrylic on canvas. Im now after another.

A long established, locally very popular artist. She uses a variety of media, substrates & styles for her reasonably priced, delightful works, which will brighten & enhance any home. She is especially good at capturing light and her use of colour, giving her realistic pictures an enduring lively and cheerful mood.
